4 - Layers > Properties > General > Blend Mode: Luminance (legacy)
Layers > Merge > Merge Down. Rename this layer to Raster 1
5- Effects > Geometric Effects > Skew:
6 - Selections > Load /Save Selection > Load Selection From Alpha Channel: Selection #1 Selections > Promote Selection to Layer. Selections > Select None.
Activate the Raster layer 1
