1 - Open the material on the PSP, duplicate and close the original.
Choose Two colors to work with:　
Foreground #00161f
Background #04618c


2 - Open the Alpha_Somewhers_byRoberta file
 Effects > Plugins > Mehdi > Wavy Lab:　


3 -  Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur: 30.

Effects > Plugins > Toadies > Sucking toad bevel II 2:


4 - Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling: Default

Layers > Duplicate.

Activate the layer Raster 1

5 -  Effects > Plugins > VM Instant Art > Tripolis:

Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1

6 - Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling:

Layers > Properties > General > Blend Mode: Solft Light

7 -  Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load Selection From Alpha Channel: Selection #1
 Selections > Promote Selection to Layer.

Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds

 Color: #04618c

Layers > Properties > General > Blend Mode: Screen
 Selections > Select None.

 8 - Layers > New Raster Layer.

 Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load Selection From Alpha Channel: Selection #2
Paint with Flood Fill Tool: Blend mode: Normal - Opacity: 50 with color#FFFFFF (White)

Back with Opacity setting to 100

With the selection...

Edit > Copy the Misted Landscape.
 Edit > paste into selection.

Selections > Modify > Contract: Select Selection Borders:
 

Paint the selection with the color #FFFFFF (White)

 Selections > Select None.

9- Layers > New Raster Layer.

 Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load Selection From Alpha Channel: Selection #3
Paint with Background color #04618c

Selections > Select None.

 10 -  Effects > Plugins > Todies > What are you?

 Effects > Geometric Effects > Skew.

Objects > Align > Left.

Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Mirror > Mirror Horizontal.
Layers > Merge > Merge Down.

11 - Effects > Plugins > Filters Unlimited 2.0 > Bkg Designers sf10IV > Entrelacement de Lignes:

12 - Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow:

Layers > Properties > General > Blend Mode: Multiply - Opacity: 50%

13 - Layers > New Raster Layer.
Paint with the color #FFFFFF (White)

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image: MASK-MD-060
Layers > Merge > Merge Group.

Layers > Properties > General > Blend Mode: Luminance (L).

14 -  Image > Add Borders: Symmetric:　

1 px - color: Background #04618c
10 px - color: Foreground #00161f
1 px - color: Background #04618c
10 px - color: Foreground #00161f
1 px - color: Background #04618c
Selections > Select All.
Image > Add Broders: Symmetric: 40 px with any color.
Selections > invert.
Paint Selection with Linear Gradient:

15 -  Effects > Plugins > Graphics Plus > Cross Shadow: Default


16 - Selections > invert.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow: 0 > 0 > 100 > 50, color: #000000.
Selections > Select None.

17 -  Edit > Copy the Main Tube.
Edit > Paste as new Layer.
Image > Resize if necessary.
Position of your choice.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow: your choice.

18 -  Edit > Copy no Deco_somewhere_byRoberta.　
Edit > Paste as New Layer.
With the Pick Tool Tool, position: Position X: 74 Position Y: 61

19 -  Edit > Copy the Titulo_somewhere_byRoberta.
Edit > Paste as New Layer.
Position of your choice.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow: your choice.

20 - Image > Add Borders > Symmetric: 1px color: #000000 (black)

21 - If you wish, resize your work.
Apply your watermark or signature.
File > Export > JPEG Optimizer.
