Fill with a Radial gradient, made up of the
chosen colors:
Angle: 45 / Repeat: 16 / Invert: Checked -

04- Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur
> Radius: 20

05- Effects > Plugins > VM Instant Art > Origami Folder:

06- Selections > Load/Save Selections > Load Selection from Alpha

Selections > Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections > Select None.
07- Effects > Distortion Effects > Polar Coordinates:
