TUTORIAL

1 - Open the material in PSP, duplicate and close the originals.

*Delete the Watermark from all materials.

Choose two colors to work with.
Foreground: #272c44
Background: #a1a8c9
Color 3: #882234
Color 4: #ffffff

2 - Open a transparent image of 750x550px.
Fill with a Radial Gradient, formed by the Foreground color and color 3.

3 - Layers > Duplicate.

Close the visibility of the layer Copy of Raster 1.

4 - Activate the Raster 1 Layer.

Filters Unlimited 2.0 > Bkg Designer sf10 II > Diamonds.

5 - Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance.

6 - Plugin Mehdi > Weaver.

7 - Plugin Ormente's filters > Miropads.

8 - Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance.

9 - Activate and open the visibility of the layer Copy of Raster 1.

Effects > Geometric Effects > Skew.

10 - Plugin Flaming Pear > Flexify 2.

11 - With the Magic Wand, Tolerance and Feather 0, select as shown in the print below.

12 - Layers > New Raster Layer.

Plugin Alien Skin | Eye Candy 5 Impact > Glass.

Selections > Select None.

13 - Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1.

Layers > Properties > General > Opacity: 80%.

14 - Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, with the color black.

15 - Edit > Copy on the Misted Ambiente.

Edit > Paste As New Layer.

16 - If you are using the one from the material, resize to 35%, all layers unchecked.

Image > Flip > Flip Horizontal.

Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen.

Pick Tool: Position X: 147, Position Y: 49.

17 - Your Layers should look like this:

18 - Edit > Copy Special > Copy Merged.

Edit > Paste As New Image (We will use it shortly).

19 - Return to our work.

20 - Image > Add Borders > Symmetric:

1px with the Foreground color.

Selections > Select All.

15px with any color

Selections > Invert.

21 - Edit > Copy on the reserved Image.

Edit > Paste Into Selection.

Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur: 10.

22 - Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise.

Selections > Select None.

23 - Image > Add Borders > Symmetric:

1px with the Foreground color
2px with the Background color
20px with color 4
2px with the Background color
1px with the Foreground color

Selections > Select All.

24 - Image > Add Borders > Symmetric: 35px with any color.

Selections > Invert

25 - Edit > Copy on the reserved Image.

Edit > Paste Into Selection.

Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur: 10.

26 - Plugin Ormente's filters > Miropads.

27 - Selections > Invert.

Effects > Drop Shadow: 0, 0, 100, 30, with color 4 (white).

Selections > Select None.

28 - Image > Add Borders > Symmetric: 1px with the Foreground color.

29 - Edit > Copy on the Character Tube.

Edit > Paste As New Layer.

If you are using the one from the material, resize to 60%, all layers unchecked.

Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen.

30 - Position as you prefer.

I positioned it like this: Position X: 235, Position Y: 65.

31 - Apply Drop Shadow or the effect you prefer.
 

32 - Layers > Merge > Merge Down.

Layers > Duplicate.

Image > Resize: 10%, all layers unchecked.

33 - Image > Free Rotate.

Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen.

34 - Pick Tool: Position X: -2, Position Y: 172.

35 - Plugin Mura's Meister > Copies.

37 - Layers > Duplicate.

Image > Mirror > Mirror Horizontal.

Image > Mirror > Mirror Vertical.

38 - Edit > Copy on Titulo316_byXiki.

Edit > Paste As New Layer.

Position as you prefer.

39 - Edit > Copy on Decor316_xiki.

Edit > Paste As New Layer.

Note: I made this decor using a mask by Narah: NarahsMasks_1619.

Pick Tool: Position X: 48, Position Y: 97.

40 - Edit > Copy on texto316_byXiki.

Edit > Paste As New Layer.

Colorize and position as you prefer.

41 - Edit > Copy on Credit-Tutorial_bySoxikibem.

Position as you prefer.

Apply your watermark or signature.
File > Export > JPEG Optimizer...
